How do check-in and check-out work?
Check-in: from 4pm · Check-out: by 11am
Self check-in: We send arrival instructions containing the door code on the morning of your check-in day. You can enter even if you arrive late. Please let us know if your arrival time changes significantly.
Luggage storage: Available from 11:30am on your check-in day. Please tell us your visit time in advance so we can prepare.
Early check-in and late check-out: Generally not available, to allow time for cleaning, preparation and the host’s rest. Please obtain approval by the day before. If approved, Duplex / Skip Floor costs KRW 30,000 per additional hour, and Duplex + Skip Floor costs KRW 50,000 per additional hour.
Parking: At least 2 cars can park. Please let us know in advance if you have 3 or more cars. Your arrival instructions show the exact parking location.

| Parties | Please discuss your plans with us in advance. A property deposit of KRW 300,000 is paid with your reservation and returned after an inspection on your check-out day. There is no fixed deduction schedule; any deductions are assessed according to the actual condition of the property. |

How do I change or cancel a reservation?
Bookings through a booking platform
Changes, cancellations and refunds for Naver bookings follow the conditions shown on Naver and your booking confirmation. Check them before payment.
Direct booking cancellation and refund policy

- Refund periods are calculated by calendar date in Korea Standard Time (KST), using your check-in date.
- If you cancel because your flight is cancelled due to a typhoon or natural disaster, a full refund is available if you submit supporting documents to the property on the day the flight cancellation is confirmed.
- A free date change is not guaranteed. Cancellation charges may apply according to the refund policy at the time of your request and room availability.
