Privacy Policy

This notice explains personal information processing for general and airport pickup inquiries, website delivery and availability retrieval.

Only your reply email address and message are required. The operator replies manually by email. Accommodation bookings and payments are completed through external Naver booking pages.

1. Information and purposes

bolda processes your reply email address and message to review and respond to general and airport pickup inquiries. These two items are required. The name or booking name, contact details, preferred check-in and check-out dates, number of guests or pickup passengers, preferred space, flight, expected airport arrival time and luggage count shown in the message template are optional. You can inquire without completing them. Other information you choose to write in the message is also used to handle your inquiry.

Accommodation bookings and payments are completed through each space’s external Naver booking page. bolda does not separately copy or retain Naver booking information.

2. Website and inquiry services

We use Workers from Cloudflare, Inc. to provide the website and secure requests. Website visits and calendar requests involve processing of IP addresses and technical request information. The availability calendar retrieves public room inventory from a separate Cloudflare address. It does not send your inquiry message or reply email address with that retrieval.

When you submit an inquiry, Cloudflare processes the email address and message, and Resend from Plus Five Five, Inc. delivers one notification email to the operator at bolda’s personal Gmail account, bolda.jeju@gmail.com. The operator reviews your inquiry and replies manually. We do not send automatic replies to guests. Delivery is configured to require an encrypted connection to the receiving server.

Google LLC’s personal Gmail is subject to Google’s general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We do not describe it as covered by Google Workspace data processing terms or data region restrictions.

3. Retention and deletion

After handling is complete, the operator deletes related received and sent messages and attachments, including permanent deletion from Gmail Trash. The operator does not separately forward or back up these records. Where law requires retention of consumer complaint or dispute-handling records, only the minimum necessary contact information, content and handling history are kept separately for 3 years and then deleted. This does not mean all inquiries are kept for 3 years.

The application does not store email addresses or message text in a separate inquiry database. Technical submission and duplicate-prevention state expires 24 hours after token issuance; retries do not extend it. IP-derived abuse-prevention values and sending-attempt counters have separate minute, day or month expiry rules.

Application expiry and provider deletion are different events. Cloudflare’s SQLite Durable Objects support recovery to points within the past 30 days. Resend’s current Free terms specify 30 days for email and logs and 7 days for backups, with separate deletion terms after service termination. Deleting Gmail messages does not guarantee simultaneous deletion by other providers or immediate removal from Google’s systems and backups.

4. Overseas processing and your choices

Inquiries involve overseas processing by Cloudflare, Resend and Google. Resend states that customer data is stored in the United States. Cloudflare’s and personal Gmail’s general public policies do not identify every processing country for this inquiry flow. A company’s headquarters location is not treated as the complete list of processing countries.

The transfer countries, recipients, information, purposes, timing and methods, retention periods, legal basis and refusal procedure must be established and disclosed for each service. This explanation does not mean all of those required details have been supplied.

You may contact us by telephone at +82-507-1353-8879 instead of using the website form. You can browse website information and use external booking links without submitting an inquiry. Direct email also goes to the same Gmail account and is not offered as a way to avoid overseas processing.

5. Analytics and browser storage

Visitor analytics and advertising or marketing tracking are disabled. Allowing analytics cookies in the settings does not load an analytics tag or transmit analytics data within the current operating scope. Your cookie preference is saved in your browser and can be removed through browser settings. We do not save your message or email address in browser storage. An opaque technical token may remain in session storage to check submission status.

6. Your rights and external bookings

For access, correction, deletion, suspension of processing or withdrawal of consent, contact bolda.jeju@gmail.com or +82-507-1353-8879. Statutory retention duties apply to the minimum records covered by those duties. For booking and payment information handled by Naver, consult that service’s notices and procedures.
