At bolda, the space you book is exclusively yours. Bedrooms, kitchen, living space and bathrooms are not shared with other guests.

All prices are in Korean won (KRW), including tax and cleaning fee.

Duplex includes 4 guests in the base rate and accommodates up to 8; Skip Floor includes 2 and accommodates up to 4; Duplex + Skip Floor includes 8 and accommodates up to 12. Extra guests cost KRW 30,000 per guest per night. Children under 24 months are not counted in the guest total.

Duplex has 3 bedrooms, including one open-plan bedroom: a bedroom with a door on the ground floor, with a low queen mattress; an open sleeping area upstairs, separated by curtains, with low queen and super-single mattresses; and a bedroom with a door upstairs, with a queen bed. It has 2 bathrooms. Skip Floor has an open sleeping area and a ladder-accessed loft, with no doors separating the sleeping spaces. There are queen and single mattresses in the lower sleeping area, and a single mattress in the loft reached by a ladder. Together, Duplex + Skip Floor has 2 private bedrooms, 2 open sleeping areas and 1 loft. See each space’s page for the floor plans.

Yes. Duplex has a bedroom with a door and a bathroom on the ground floor, so your parents can stay on that level without using the internal stairs. The bedroom on the ground floor has a low queen mattress and a smart TV.

The Skip Floor loft is reached by a ladder and has 1 single mattress. There is no specific age restriction, but children must be supervised. If using the ladder is difficult, please use the bedding on the lower level.

Yes. A high chair can be requested in advance for Duplex, and Skip Floor has a baby floor cushion. Children under 24 months are not counted in the guest total. Duplex has stairs and Skip Floor has a loft ladder, so please supervise children.

Curtains and blinds provide privacy and filter direct sunlight. They do not guarantee complete blackout; soft natural light enters the rooms.

No. Duplex has a table for 6–8 people, and Skip Floor has a table for 4. Groups usually eat in the Duplex dining area on the ground floor. For a larger group, we recommend splitting between the two tables.

Skip Floor’s outdoor tub is available all year without advance booking or add-on selection. Fill it yourself with hot and cold water. 1 use per 1 night is included; an additional 1 use costs KRW 30,000. Please ask the host. Use it before 10 pm to respect our neighbours. Use may be restricted for safety during strong winds, cold spells or rain. Duplex’s outdoor family pool operates from July 1 to September 15. Request it by the day before check-in; each 1 fill costs KRW 50,000, with fresh water prepared for your arrival. Requests cannot be accepted on check-in day or during your stay. The pool uses cold water.

The kitchen has pots, frying pans, cutlery and tableware, a refrigerator, induction hob, microwave, electric kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. Seasonings are not provided for hygiene reasons, so please bring any you need.

Both spaces have Wi-Fi. There are projectors with 100-inch screens upstairs of Duplex and in Skip Floor. In Skip Floor, you can watch TV, YouTube and Netflix through the projector. The bedroom on the ground floor of Duplex has a smart TV. A property Netflix account is available; accounts for other streaming services are not provided. Instructions are in the remote-control box at the property.

Bedding is provided for your group. Towels are provided at 2 per guest per night. For stays of 3 nights or more, you can wash and dry the towels. If you need fresh towels, please ask by the day before. We collect used towels and provide fresh ones the following day.

No. Bidets, water purifiers, rice cookers and tumble dryers are not provided. A drying rack and multi-plug adapters for overseas plugs are available.

As the sea is right in front of the house, you may see crabs and wharf roaches around the property. We work to keep them out of the house. The windows have insect screens to help keep mosquitoes and other insects out. Please keep entrance doors closed, as insects may enter when they are left open.

Base rates for 1 night are KRW 400,000–600,000 for Duplex, KRW 250,000–300,000 for Skip Floor and KRW 700,000–920,000 for Duplex + Skip Floor, including tax and cleaning fees. Rates vary by weekday, weekend and peak season (July, August and December). Special rates apply on holidays and selected dates.

Coupons, member discounts and promotions differ between platforms, so the amount you pay may vary. The website shows bolda’s base rates. Please check the final total on the booking screen.

For bookings of 2 or more nights, each additional night is discounted by KRW 10,000 for Duplex and Skip Floor, and KRW 20,000 for Duplex + Skip Floor. Rates on other booking platforms may vary with promotions and booking conditions.

Guests above the included number: KRW 30,000 per guest per night. Infants under 24 months are not counted toward the guest total. Early check-in and late check-out: Generally not available. Please obtain approval from the host by the day before. If approved, the following rates apply. Duplex / Skip Floor: KRW 30,000 per additional hour Duplex + Skip Floor: KRW 50,000 per additional hour Family pool: Available with Duplex or Duplex + Skip Floor, during summer from July 1 to September 15. The fee is KRW 50,000 per fill. Please request it by the day before check-in. Requests cannot be accepted on the check-in day or during your stay. For bookings made through a booking platform, request changes or cancellations through that platform; its conditions apply. For exceptional direct bookings, contact us. See our stay guide for detailed cancellation and refund conditions. Dates are calculated in Korea Standard Time (KST).

If you have difficulty booking, please email us your requested dates, guest count, name and contact details. We will check availability, reply and help you through the booking confirmation process.

Check-in: from 4pm · Check-out: by 11am Self check-in: We send arrival instructions containing the door code on the morning of your check-in day. You can enter even if you arrive late. Please let us know if your arrival time changes significantly.

Early check-in and late check-out: Generally not available, to allow time for cleaning, preparation and the host’s rest. Please obtain approval by the day before. If approved, Duplex / Skip Floor costs KRW 30,000 per additional hour, and Duplex + Skip Floor costs KRW 50,000 per additional hour.

You can leave luggage from 11:30am am on your check-in day. Please let us know your arrival time in advance so we can prepare.

No. Pets are not allowed, to protect furnishings and help prevent allergies for the next guests.

Light cooking is welcome, but please do not grill or steam meat or seafood, cook dishes with lingering smells, or use portable burners indoors. Barbecues are not allowed indoors or outdoors, and barbecue equipment is not provided.

No smoking indoors. Please smoke outside the entrance and put cigarette ends in the rubbish bin yourself.

Yes. Please put up decorations without damaging surfaces or finishes. You may take photos for personal events. Please contact us separately about commercial shoots or venue hire.

No. Visitors and overnight guests outside the booked guest group are not allowed. Bedding is prepared for the booked guest count. Please include children aged 24 months and over in your booking.

Yes. Please tell us your guest count and purpose in advance. Parties and events require prior agreement. A KRW 300,000 facility deposit is paid with the booking and returned after a property check on the day of check-out. There is no fixed schedule of deductions.

Please separate your rubbish for recycling. If rubbish builds up indoors, follow the disposal instructions provided at the property.

We recommend a rental car or taxi. bolda is in a quiet coastal village with few restaurants or convenience stores within walking distance. Supermarkets and convenience stores are about 5 minutes away by car. Request airport pickup by the day before check-in, and we will explain the fare and how to use the service.

About 20 km and 40 minutes by car, depending on traffic.

Parking is available for at least 2 cars. If you are bringing 3 or more, please let us know in advance so we can show you the parking locations in your check-in instructions.

Hanaro Mart (Hamdeok Nonghyup main branch) and CU (Jeju Hamdeok Seoubong branch) in Hamdeok are about 5 minutes away by car.

About 8 minutes by car (3.3 km). Gimnyeong Beach is about 15 minutes away, and Woljeongri Beach about 19 minutes.
