Duplex + Skip Floor gives your group the whole of bolda. One group uses both the two-storey Duplex and open-plan Skip Floor, accommodating up to 12 guests. There are 2 private bedrooms, 2 open sleeping areas and 1 ladder-accessed loft. With 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens and 2 washing machines, families can gather together and still relax in their own spaces. It suits extended families travelling with parents or grandparents, as well as group trips.

For a 12-guest stay, we provide 1 extra mattress in Bedroom 2 or Bedroom 3 of Duplex.
An indoor connection leads from the upstairs floor of Duplex to Skip Floor.
Duplex and Skip Floor each have their own private outdoor space, allowing privacy between the two spaces.

The dining tables are separate: 6–8 seats in Duplex and 4 in Skip Floor. Twelve guests cannot comfortably dine at one table.

Your group can split between the spaces to rest. With 3 bathrooms in total, there is more room to get ready in the morning.

Outdoor pool
Enjoy summer with your family in the outdoor pool enclosed by stone walls. This cold-water pool is available only in summer.

The upstairs bathroom has an indoor bathtub with a sea view through the window. Take a soak, look out towards the Bukchon sea and slow down for a while during your trip.

Can 12 guests eat at one table?
It is difficult. Duplex has a table for 6–8 guests, and Skip Floor has a table for 4. For shared meals, guests usually use the ground-floor dining area in Duplex. For larger groups, we recommend splitting between the two tables.
How many guests is bedding provided for?
We prepare bedding for the number of guests in your reservation, up to 12 guests. See the layout above for the bedding arrangement in each space.
How many cars can we park?
There is parking for at least 3 cars. We send arrival instructions, including parking information, on your check-in day.
